Introduction
Nowadays, research on thermal comfort in buildings has become progressively more interested in renewable energy resources, mainly solar energy. In this paper, the modeling of a LiBr/H 2 O absorption solar cooling system using TRNSYS software was discussed. This study assessed through numerical simulations, the technical feasibility of a solar-powered absorption cooling system for a small-scale application in an office building in three different cities with a tropical climate in Ecuador. The model and simulations were performed using the dynamic.
