Introduction
In this review, we systematically categorize and assess the multifaceted functions of CPMs within various functional layers of PSCs, encompassing the charge transport layer, perovskite heterojunction, and the perovskite/charge transport interfacial layer. Crystalline porous materials, including metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), and hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) are a class of functional materials with periodic extended frameworks, abundant pore structures, designable and adjustable chemical structures. The method used to obtain nanocrystalline porous silicon by electrochemical etching is described in detail, with a description of the cell itself with a reduction of its scheme and electrolyte composition.
